“Absolutely brilliant and I got a sense of awareness. I never did anything like this before. It was a very positive and uplifting experience with like-minded people. We became aware of the little voices in our heads giving rise to negativity and being able to break old habits. ”

“I went along to the Life Matters programme because I will be 50 in 2 years I’m at that stage in my life where I’m ready to give up the struggle and dance with life.
Through one of the exercises, I got confirmation that I’m resilient and capable of dealing with almost anything life can throw at me. Since the programme, if I’m feeling overwhelm, I recall that exercise and remind myself to rise above the clouds – it makes me feel calm.
It’s a great day to take stock of where you are – to pause to reflect – and I left with tools that I can use and practice. Brenda’s approach is down-to-earth, she is honest and refreshing. She does equip you with a set of tools that can have a great impact of your daily life. It was a great day I got a lot from it and it helped me to go a little deeper within”

Thank you so much for your time and patience. I got much more than I had thought I would from our sessions. I learned so much about myself and found I myself getting really clear. Life is so much easier now for me now and I feel I can manage the stressful times better.
