Walking the hills, noticing the light on the rock, the ever changing colours of greys, purples or silver, depending on the weather of the day. The local stone reminding us to be grounded and grateful.
This mosaic consists of stone and slate that were collected locally in Ireland. Each piece is cut by hand and on a wet saw. The natural purple fluorite was also collect while out on a walk.
The mosaic is on a light substrate, complete with fixings on the back for hanging.
