Walking in Harmony. Hand in hand, side by side. Cutting two pieces in harmony, preparing the stone, cutting the glass; allowing intuition to take over, and the hands to form the dance in line and pattern.
The double mosaic consists of slate and stone, collected locally in Ireland. Coloured tile and smalti has been added for effect and texture.
The purple fluorite was picked while I was out walking. There was lots of coloured stone lying loose on the ground, asking to be held and transformed, to be kept to prosper in one of my pieces.
