As I collected the logs from my dad’s trees, the bark kept falling off. I saved it and dried it off. I knew that one day, a piece would be calling for it. This was the one.
When the wind blows and the trees sway, listen to the whispers being shared.
This mosaic includes slate collected locally in Ireland. Driftwood and dried-out log bark has been added between ceramic tile to give the windswept look.
It is embedded onto a light substrate and is complete with fixings on the back for hanging.
